1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoundWave Studios' services and website (mikugunu.pro), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Services

SoundWave Studios provides professional music recording, mixing, mastering, and production services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require advance payment or deposit as specified in your package
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled sessions may incur fees
• Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and subject to change
• Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payment platforms

4. Studio Policies

• Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time
• Studio equipment must be treated with care and respect
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed in the studio
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed

5. Intellectual Property

All recordings, mixes, and masters created at SoundWave Studios remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes with client permission.

6. Copyright and Licensing

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights and licenses for all material recorded. SoundWave Studios is not liable for copyright infringement by clients.

7. File Storage and Backup

• Project files are stored according to your package terms
• Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures

8. Limitation of Liability

SoundWave Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Revisions and Changes

Revision policies are specified in each package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements for violations of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zamboanga City.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
